Workshops for SWOT analysis of the local branches and day centers of PORAKA
As a part of the program activities for coordination and support to its local branches and services, the Republic center for support of persons with intellectual disability - PORAKA every year organizes workshops for SWOT analysis of the local branches and social services. The SWOT analysis is a very useful tool for assessing the current situation within the organization, with all its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and the threats that come from the environment where the organization acts. If it is correctly prepared, SWOT analysis should be a base for development of real and effective action plans of the organization. Furthermore, it can provide ways for improving and overcoming the weaknesses of the organization.
This year, the Republic center - PORAKA held two workshops for elaboration of the received SWOT analysis. The first workshop was organized on 9.10.2009 in Skopje, for the representatives from 16 local branches of the Republic Center - PORAKA.
